7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to meraGPT Premium, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence systems to generate content. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

You acknowledge that:

• AI systems can produce unexpected or unintended outputs;
• You should critically evaluate all AI-generated content;

• You assume responsibility for how you use or rely on AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall meraGPT, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Any AI-generated content or actions taken based on such content; or
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account from the account settings.
